Manual billing for the pilot
01Bank transfer, then proof
Pay by transfer, upload the receipt, and an administrator validates it. There is no card payment provider. Amounts shown are excl. VAT.
02One month from approval
Access stays active for one month starting on the day the payment is approved.
03Then 7 days to renew
After that month you have a 7-day grace period. If no new payment is approved, go-live and customer scans stay blocked until the next validation.
